What's the MOQ for OEM orders?
Trial orders start small — talk to us about your volume. Logo printing, custom packaging and firmware defaults are available on OEM terms; we scale with you from first sample to full containers.
Does it really work through cloudy weeks or winter?
Yes — every solar model ships with a LiFePO4 battery sized to cover at least 5–7 nights of typical motion-event use on a single charge. In low-sun regions we recommend the dual-panel MS4x series for extra harvest margin.
Is white available on other solar models?
Selectively — MS23 is our dedicated white-finish dual-lens, and MS43 is the white dual-panel premium model. For other SKUs in white, talk to us about OEM color runs; minimums apply.
What is black-light night vision?
Black-light (or super-starlight) night vision uses a large-aperture low-illumination sensor plus invisible 940nm IR fill. It delivers full-color or near-color footage in near-total darkness without the visible red glow of conventional IR cameras — clearer evidence, zero giveaway.
What certifications are available?
CE, FCC and RoHS compliance for applicable destinations. Tell us your target market and we'll confirm the exact certification package and documentation for your customs clearance.
What about after-sales support?
We're a manufacturer, not a trading desk: spare parts, firmware updates and warranty handling come from our own factory in Huizhou. Your customers stay supported — and so does your reputation.
