Yes. OEM covers your logo on the camera and packaging, customized color boxes, user manuals in your language, and a whitelabeled app login. ODM covers hardware changes: different lens configurations, battery capacity, solar panel wattage, 4G module variants and housing colors. Yes. Samples ship within 3-5 working days via DHL/FedEx. Sample cost is deductible from your first bulk order. Each sample ships with a test report covering charge cycle, 4G registration and night vision performance.

We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), Alibaba Trade Assurance, PayPal for sample orders, and L/C at sight for large contracts. Trade Assurance is recommended for first-time buyers — your payment is protected until delivery is confirmed.

Yes. Our 4G LTE models (MS21, MS22, MS23, MS31, MS32, MS33, MS41, MS42, MS43, MS44, MS45, MSL31) run on a 4G SIM card and need no WiFi or router. Every model is also available in a WiFi version for markets with reliable broadband, notably Europe and North America. Our standard production for Europe, the Middle East and Africa supports LTE B1/B3/B5/B7/B8/B20/B28 plus TDD B38/B40/B41. An Americas edition (North and South American bands) is available on custom order and is not held in stock — the band list is confirmed in writing per order. A local data plan or IoT SIM is all that is required.

For Nigeria (MTN, Airtel, Glo, 9mobile) the key bands are B3 (1800MHz), B7 (2600MHz) and B8 (900MHz), with B28 (700MHz) increasingly used. All our 4G models support these bands plus B1/B20. For the full band table per country, read our West Africa market guide.

Our solar cameras use high-capacity built-in lithium batteries (typically 8,000-20,000mAh depending on model) paired with 6-20W solar panels. In normal use the system runs 5-7 days with no sunlight. Power management modes (PIR wake-up, low-brightness recording) extend standby to 30+ days. For rainy-season markets we recommend the dual-panel models such as MS41 and MS45.

Our cameras work with the iCSee app (iOS and Android): live view, playback, PIR push alerts, two-way audio and multi-user sharing. For OEM projects the app can be whitelabeled with your own brand name and logo, so your customers see your brand, not ours.

Infrared night vision reaches 25-30 meters depending on model. The dual-lens and multi-lens models add color night vision using a spotlight or wide-spectrum sensor, which captures details such as clothing and vehicle color that black-and-white IR cannot. All cameras carry a 12-month warranty. We provide free replacement parts or credit notes for confirmed defects, with video-based diagnosis so you do not need to ship units back. Firmware updates and technical support are available for the lifetime of the product.

Our factory is ISO 9001 certified and products carry CE, FCC and RoHS certification. Reports are shared on request, and we support third-party inspection (SGS, TUV, BV) before shipment.

Samples and small orders ship by express (DHL/FedEx/UPS, 5-7 days). Bulk orders ship by air freight or sea (LCL/FCL) on FOB Shenzhen or CIF destination-port terms — you keep control of your own freight forwarder, customs clearance and import duty. We provide full export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, CE/FCC/RoHS certificates), and if you prefer a hands-off option our logistics team can coordinate door-to-door delivery through our forwarder on a case-by-case basis. Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya and UAE are routes we handle regularly.

If your customers have reliable power and existing cabling, wired models (MO31/MO32) are cheaper upfront. If installation cost, trenching or unstable grid power are concerns — the case in most of Africa, the Middle East and rural markets — solar 4G models win on total cost within 1-2 years.
